Sarah & Josh’s wedding day was every bit of perfection from the personal touches and care that went into crafting an event that was unique for them to share with their loved ones. There is something truly remarkable to witness and capture in the coming together of two people who love and compliment each other as well as they do.
When I first met with Sarah & Josh, they shared their engagement photo and story of caravanning across the country for approximately a year before setting roots in Lancaster. I was woo’d as a wedding photographer with their thoughtful opening being so open and exemplifying what they value most, which is personal connection. There was so much of this and more in their wedding day.
I learned throughout their entire wedding experience not only how opposites attract, but how they connect and compliment each other. Josh’s down-to-earth go-with-the-flow and happy-go-lucky heart eases Sarah, and Sarah connects Josh with the beauty in the world. It’s no wonder given their shared love for traveling and exploring, and when they decided to tie the knot at Sarah’s childhood home, so many of their friends and family members traveled from all corners of the country to this beautiful destination in the countryside of New Jersey to celebrate with them. The outpouring of love was overflowing, and it was an exceptional day to be had! Cheers to many more adventures, and as I like to say when wedding planning, “let the adventure begin!”
