This year has been one to remember, especially for Megan & Cole, with all of the ups and downs of planning their long distance wedding. It was so rewarding to see the joy in their faces in each moment of their day, especially when Megan was reading Cole’s letter while trying to hold back her tears. I remember her sharing that he has never written anything quite like this before.
It’s amazing what comes out in these moments whether through heartfelt words, smiles and tears. Love is felt so deeply and runs through us every day, yet it’s rare we take moments like this to pause, reflect, and truly speak from the heart. It’s the moments like this, and every drop of rain for good luck that are just a few of my favorite moments in a wedding day.
It has been such an honor to be able to witness and capture as much as I can in these moments, and to have gone through this experience and milestone in their lives. I am so moved beyond belief to have this chance to get to know them as they move into the next chapter.
